hp m283 bios firmware for motherboard replacement

Hi,

could someone see if they have a bios firmware flash file or see if they can search Wise and see if its something listed.

Also i do have m283 Engine_FW.exe firmware file and DCC version .prn file but as that does not work.

on the board there are 2 holes that look to be where a jumper is suppose to be - as it has the word FW Update around it - so i have used some thermal fuse wire to jump it
nothing happened.


as i have it for the m277dn/n and m252

nebula_B3Q10_boid_DW.rfu <<< for the m277dw } >>>>> for the m252dw orion_B4A22_boid_DW.rfu
with the cmd reflash.

as i have 2 fdw machines that are boot but no display or connecting to the pc via usb.

i have tried the fdn board in both fdw's Machines and yes it boots fine.
i did this to rule out the other parts/lcd are working or not.
so psu & Dc controller + LCD are working .

from some online sites it appears to be an odd issue. also seams to happen to the m428fdw and m428 series too.

i have replaced the formatter previously in an a m428 and reprogrammed the Serial Number to it.

that's still working to this day. - on older firmware as hp does there tricks with non-hp toners.



if anyone knows anything about this issue or have a fix please let me know or pm me if needed.
